GENERAL INFORMATION

  • The client is paying for a digital artwork.

  • The artist has the right to reject a commission request.

  • The client must be 18 years or older if the commission involves any adult content.

  • The artist will begin the commission once the payment has been sent.

  • Revisions during the sketch phase are limited, additional revisions are not guaranteed and will incur an additional fee at the artist's discretion.

  • Revisions after the sketch phase are not guaranteed, and will incur an additional fee at the artist's discretion.

  • The client may have to pay an additional fee for faster completion.

  • Commissions may be streamed live or posted publicly by the artist with a lower resolution unless the client pays for nondisclosure.

RIGHTS & USAGE

  • The client may not claim to have made the artwork. The client may not resell the artwork without express permission of the artist, and a purchased Mass Production license from the artist.

  • Reselling the artwork as a non-fungible token, or NFT is strictly forbidden.

  • The artist may use the commission work for promotional purposes.

  • The client owns the copyright for personalized original characters and will be mentioned as the owner of the character.

  • The artist may not sell products of the client’s original character without authorization.

  • The client acknowledges that uploading the original file on social media the client had paid for is at risk of people downloading and stealing the commission piece online.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  • There is a 50% charge fee if the client cancels the commission. This only applies if the artist has begun on the commission.

  • If the commission is at 50% completion or coloring phase, it will not be refunded.

  • If the artist cancels the commission, the client gets a full refund.
